Flash 10.3 is only maintained with security updates. Please update Flash to the latest version and report back if you have reliable steps to reproduce.

If you update your graphics driver (see http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support), does it work? If you disable Ring Central Call Center, does it work?

WFM on the 10/02 Nightly: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:18.0) Gecko/18.0 Firefox/18.0 Feer56, does the crash also happen when Firefox is used with a clean profile? http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

(In reply to Feer56 from comment #6) > I'm sorry but I have not had the time to try the troubleshooting. If you don't have time to troubleshoot so that the problem get fixed in the new versions of Flash, don't file a bug and ask for a workaround in the Mozilla support forum. > https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/ff9681c5-37d1-4386-87ea- > 258942121019 It's another signature. This crash is caused by an interaction between RealPlayer and Flash. Check your plugin are up-to-date: https://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/ Please answer to comment 4 and comment 5.

Please report this with RealNetworks. If they trigger issues by hooking into Flash they should fix it and i don't think we should track this here.
