+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #795972 +++ NSPR_4_9_3_BETA1 is the release for NSS 3.14. Also, NSPR_4_9_3_BETA1 contains an important bug fix (bug 794316) that is required for bug 777445, so we will need to set the minimum required NSPR version to 4.9.3 in configure.in.
