The hang went away, with this fix range:

In that range, bug 288704 would almost certainly be the thing that fixed this.

That fix range is for the attached testcase; it hangs when print-previewed in Nightly 2019-03-25, vs. renders just fine in 2019-03-26.


(I can't get the original site to trigger a hang; perhaps it was redesigned at some point and doesn't trigger the issue anymore.  So: thanks for capturing the testcase, :hunboy!)
