The inline disposition window should be properly resized (not sure if it does) and it's z-index (should be correct already)

It's not the z-index issue now,
the system-app keyboard manager doesn't get message from the keyboard-app.
@RudyLu Could you take a look?

[Bugzilla 791920] (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=791920)  - Keyboard does not always show up in inline disposition window
