Details
We updated our policy on external add-on installs, detailed here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firefox-hotfix/
Babylon currently installs add-ons in a way we no longer allow, by opening an XPI in Firefox as a new tab. It needs to either open a page where users choose what to install, or use the opt-in screen.

Babylon does now use the Opt-in screen, so this is better.
