As discussed in the performance meeting, I'm building rickg's preloader features into the mozilla binary. I'm going to leverage bill law's existing -server command line option
adding dependancy as a part of this, I needed to rework some of the CMDLINE* macros so that I could write my own registration procedures. about to attach the patches, already sr=sspitzer.. nominating for nsbeta1 or rtm or whatever it ends up as.

after talking with vishy, we've agreed that this isn't going to be ready in time for nsbeta1. The current status is that I should be able to land everything today once bill lands his fixes to bug 75599. I have some minor updates that will load more dlls than the initial version I checked into the trees...

Alec, how are we doing on this? and how are we integrating with Bill's mozilla -turbo stuff that landed?
nav triage team: There are a bunch of -turbo bugs, wouldn't it be a better use of our time to focus on those issues? In other words, are we going to hold mozilla0.9.2 for this?
we're going to focus our resources short term on working through the -turbo mode stuff and ironing out the details of that. hence moving the mozilla - preloader work to m1.0.
Target Milestone: mozilla0.9.2 → mozilla1.0
nav triage team: most of our current focus is on improving -turbo mode, moving out to future
Target Milestone: mozilla1.0 → Future
