To reproduce:
1. Load the testcase in URL.
2. Click the button.
Expected: TOC should appear on the left.
Actual: Nothing visible in browser, console says:

document.styleSheets[0] has no properties
I suspect this is because of the xpcdom changes. It works fine in commercial
build 05/02.

This breaks "View | Use Stylesheet". For example, go to http://libpr0n.com/ and
pick "Use Stylesheet" from the "View" menu - it says "None" but there should be
a "Green" option and a "Blue" option.
