I might be looking at it cross-eyed, but it looks to me like maybe it ran out of space in the middle of a Valgrind job, and that was what left it hosed for the next 235 (!) jobs. And because they are also silly like that, it magically fixed itself.

It's back to normal now. I'll file a bug to bump space requirements for valgrind builds
