User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:15.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/15.0.1
Build ID: 20120911180149
Steps to reproduce:
after update to 15.0.1 (fedora 17 - 64bit)
unable to make changes "Junk Settings" in "Account Settings" dialogue
1: open "Account Settings"
2: make changes to "Junk Settings"
3: press [OK] button
Actual results:
at point 3 nothing happens and "Junk Settings" revert to previous values
Expected results:
at point 3 "Junk Settings" should update and dialogue close
Can you attach a screenshot of the Junk settings pane? Also do you use defered Inbox (global inbox) in the account you want to change?

The dialog is broken for you, some of the dropdown menus are empty, that is wrong.
This looks like bug 536768. If you do not want to upgrade to TB17 yet (it is not released yet), you can try the workaround in bug 536768 comment 73. Just in step 3. set the junk target folders to the 'rollo' account.
