steps to reproduce: 1. Uninstall one of your installed apps 2. Navigate to Settings->Apps expected behavior: Uninstalled apps are not listed in the apps page anymore observed behavior: We don't refresh the list based on what apps are actually installed But, what do we do with purchased apps which are not currently installed? what about refunded apps?
The marketplace apps list is a list of the apps you've purchased or installed from the marketplace. If you uninstall one on your local device that doesn't affect the marketplace. Think of it as a poor mans apps-in-the-cloud until we have a real AITC. Once that launches we can talk about how to change this but in the mean time that list is the only summary of "your" apps.
