+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #700000 +++

People who work on Firefox are awesome and deserve a beer. Especially if this is bug 700000. :-)

See also bug 462081.
<troll>
Why Firefox people only? I thought Mozilla was more global than that.
</troll>
Also, this isn't bug 700000. So this means, no beer?
Aw man, I never took Dolske up on his offer.
I think this is a dupe.
Summary: Buy Firefox developers some beer. → Buy the Mozilla community some beer.
Yes, but what *kind* of beer? It's bikeshed time!

Or we could just continue getting people t-shirts.
bug 800000 already?

ALL the beer.

> Or we could just continue getting people t-shirts.

Do the shirts come with beer?
Who won the sweepstake ?

Would that include gluten free beer as well? There is controversy over whether gluten free beers are really beers. Clearly we need to consult a standards body to determine the exact definition of beer to determine what is in the set of 'ALL the beer'
23 April 1516 in Bavaria, the "Reinheitsgebot" was established (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reinheitsgebot).

Gluten free beer might be able to be made that fits this Standard. Have fun!

I refuse to accept the Reinheitsgebot as the definition of beer.
What about us under-21 folks? Certainly not apple juice, AAPL might sue.
What about sending it off-label? You can also pretend it's apple juice.

I suggest we find a time to meet for a beer in an under 21 beer friendly place, like Canada.

I suggest Quebec, because Ontario is 19.... :-D

Or Belgium, where it's 16 :-) And we have better beer, just check the annual competitions (and that the regular stuff, microbrews hardly exist here).
+1 for Belgium

> I refuse to accept the Reinheitsgebot as the definition of beer.

Good thing you don't have to:

"Ale is one of the oldest beverages humans have produced, dating back to at least the 5th millennium BC and recorded in the written history of Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_beer

While it would be foolish not to recognize the central European traditions of drinking lager and weisen by the Maß, it would be equally foolish to ignore the rich and far more varied traditions of Belgium and England. If you look at it from a certain perspective the culture of beer brewing has a classic Cathedral vs Bazaar dynamic.

Let's recognize that the Reinheitsgebot was an important point of formalization of the Germman styles, but it couldn't possibly be seen to define what is or is not beer.
So not long ago it was buy mozilla employees beer -- I wasn't an employee, now its buy community beer and I'm now an employee :-P

I think you're just trying to exclude me. (though I guess its status-Callek:unaffected since I don't drink)
Callek, employees are part of the community! (But if you don't drink, why do you care?) :p

For those of us who don't drink, can we get pure molten chocolate injected straight into our veins instead?
If you don't take Dolske up on his offer before bug 900,000, remember that the original offer in bug 800,000 extended up to bug 8,000,000 ;)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trappist_beer delicious delicious beer brewed by monks.
Yeah, I meant bug 700000 and 7000000. I need a beer. I wonder if dolske does house calls...

Absolutely. I'll include cider and mead, as well.

Underage (and non-drinker) alternatives are welcomed.

You should file a different bug for that. ;-)

No, you meant bug 700000 and 8000000. Better go get that beer.
(Sorry to take the checkin-needed, but it's actually interfering with my bug queries)

Dammit, so there are no plans to land this one in m-c ?

:P
In these days the Pilsner Urquell beer celebrates its 170th anniversary (see videomapping https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBr3sqWJX8c), so don't hesitate to choose the first pilsner beer in the world ;-)
I guess this "bug" will never be "verified fixed" LoL :))

Oh, but why not? Comment #23 should be enough to make it happen! And following that, if dolske has bought anyone a beer because of this comment, it can be marked fixed once bug 900000 comes around - and verified by anyone who did get one of those. ;-)
Great then. Enjoy it guys.
I need beer.

Should this be DUPed to the Mozcamp 2013?
Heard dolske will be at Brussels for 2013 summit.
Printed my beer ticket already.

Well... From comment 23:

We're < 8000 bugs away from that, so I'll be saved in the nick of time. :)

I believe this was rectified with a Dogfish Sixty-One.

Bug 700000 comment #1 still says bug 8000000, so I'd say you have at least a decade until you are off the hook :)
