Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Firefox
2. Open Multiple Tabs.
3. Use the Close other tabs option.


Actual results:

Got a message asking for confirmation to close all tabs with no checkable option to disable futur warning. 


Expected results:

The message should let the user the possibility to disable any futur warning of this type.

(Actually this bug is in no way critical, but it is a regression. If I remember well, this warning could be disable in older version of firefox).
