The Error Console has a new Filter widget with an access key of F which conflicts with our File menu, so we need to override it.
The widget was backed out of beta but I'm not sure whether it will be backed out of aurora, so we might have to land there too, and unfortunately due to our tooling I can't even make the string optional :-(

Dao says that the Filter widget will indeed land in Gecko 18...
