STR:
Date & Time automatically set are incorrect so I go into settings and turn off "Set Automatically" so I can manually set.  Setting manually to 2:07 pm and going back to the menu, the time is then set to 7:06am (auto time was 9:07 pm).  Trying to touch the time again to re-enter is not working so I go out of settings, then go back in and touch time to set, and it remembers that I was setting it for 2:07pm but on "save" ie: going back again - the time is still 7:06am

Expected results:
Setting the time would change the time on the device to the selected values, time is still editable after saving the change.
