No scrollbar on right side
Prerequisites:
Android 4.0.4 device, latest FF Nightly installed
Steps to reproduce:
1.Open a long privacy policy for an app(https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/app/fullscreen-clock/privacy)
Expected results:
A scrollbar should be present on right side of privacy policy
Actual results:
No scrollbar available on Android.
NOTE:
Not reproducible on desktop.
