Gesture: pinch and stretch 
Keyboard: Ctrl + , Ctrl - ; or Ctrl + mouse wheel down/up

The zoomed-out view should be organized alphabetically, which is more predictable. Blocks are supposed to be in one single color. 

The height of block could indicate the amount of bookmarks in that list. I didn't visualize that in the mockup but this should be great to have.
