I'm guessing this is about making the audio and video controls touch friendly. Yes. I think we need to do that. I'll get this spec'd.

The current video controls (for videos where the provider doesn't include their own HMTL5 video controls) are sufficiently touchable and complete for v1. 

Touching the video brings up the video controls which include Pause/Play, scrubber, and volume mute/unmute. 

We are missing full-screen but that can be covered in a different story and may not be a v1 feature itself.

Tested on 2013-03-05 on nightly built from http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/015da7030aab
- Tested video and audio samples in different formats. Video elements are as described in comment #3 and they are touch friendly.
- Audio samples had a scrubber, mute/unmute, and play/pause elements. These were also touch friendly.

Re-verfied for it4 testing as per steps in Comment 4 and everything passes without any issues. Used the following build:
