80144 - Folderpane UI: Parent folder not refreshing when subfolders are deleted

Used 05-10-06-trunk build

Parent folder did not refresh the change on UI after delete subfolders

1) Login to an IMAP account
2) Select a paren fodler w/subfolders.
3) Delete all the subfolders under the parent folder
4) Actual Results: The Triangle sign beside the parent folder does not disappear 
for indicating there are no subfolders.

Expected Results: The Triangle sign beside the parent folder should disappear 
for indicating there are no subfolders.

This is happening for me regardless if it's POP/Local Folders/IMAP.

Reproducable this way:

1. Create a folder anywhere
2. Create a subfolder of that one
3. Delete the subfolder

The twisty should be removed from the folder created in #1, since it has no
subfolders any longer.
