Document the process of submitting the feedback. Revisit the idea of a mailing list? (Right now, we recommend dev-l10n, but we will want to promote l20n outside of Mozilla, too).

As a (possibly) temporary solution, until bug 785935 is fixed, let's use the tools-l10n mailing list (or, the mozilla.tools.l10n newsgroup).
Subscribe here:

And send emails to:
tools-l10n@lists.mozilla.org
The (so far scarce) archives are available here:

In bug 805234 I landed a README file with links to the mailing list and the IRC channel: https://github.com/l20n/l20n.js#discuss
Matjaz also added these links to l20n.org.
