Step to replicate: 
Visit this url and then scroll up and down and the center column table structure
background becomes black.  Expected outcome: scrolling does not change table
background.

On second thoughts reopening even as I still believe this bug, bug 78114, bug
80995, and the infamous bug  77914 are the symptom of one problem. The symptoms
are different, though.
