Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9+) Gecko/20010511 Netscape6/6.5b0 Step to replicate: Visit this url and then scroll up and down and the center column table structure background becomes black. Expected outcome: scrolling does not change table background.

On second thoughts reopening even as I still believe this bug, bug 78114, bug 80995, and the infamous bug 77914 are the symptom of one problem. The symptoms are different, though.
