It appears that the background of a 'list-style-image' becomes black, rather 
than transparent, when the browser window is repainted.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
The first attachment is the GIF file with some transparency.

The second attachment is the html testcase.

Load the second attachment.

Notice that on loading the document, the background is rightly transparent. But 
if the window is then made to repaint - by maximising/minimising or resizing, 
etc - then the background becomes black.


Expected Results:  The background should remain transparent.

On second thoughts reopening even as I still believe this bug, bug 78114, bug
80289, and the infamous bug  77914 are the symptom of one problem. The symptoms
are different, though.

This is clearly a dup of bug 77914. Sorry for the confusion. I haven't noticed
at first that the attached GIF is anmated. It starts animating only after
changing the size of the window. Another bug?
