Attachment: Mixed Content Icon design

For our new mixed content design (bug 782654), we need an icon to indicate when Firefox has blocked mixed content on the page. This icon will go in the permissions bar (I don't know if it's called that, but it's the arrow bar where icons like location or password saved are sometimes located).

The current interaction spec shows a shield (like Chrome's: http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-G1apvKpkmPg/UBwEBlEMmsI/AAAAAAAAAco/rUUx9V7HtOE/s1600/Screen+shot+2012-08-03+at+10.01.16+AM.png), but we don't have to follow suit.

This bug is blocking the mixed content implementation... is there anyone who plans to work on this (assignee is blank)?  What are the steps to get this design wrapped up?
