Steps to reproduce:
Go to https://www.facebook.com/about/messenger-for-firefox to activate the SocialAPI
OS : Ubuntu 12.04
Actual results:
The activate button is disabled and the message say "Coming soon: Please check back later.".
Expected results:
The button "activate" should be enabled

Issues on Facebook's side has caused this to be temporarily disabled. It is hoped it will be back up within a matter of hours.
