Private mode is broken in social

Details
On nightly entering private mode does not immediately reset the social functionality which is creepy. Once social gets logged out and one switches out of private mode it's impossible to log in until the browser restarts.
Can you please clarify the steps to reproduce?
1. Firefox normal browsing mode with Social logged out
2. Enter private browsing mode
3. Sign into Social
4. Exit private browsing mode
> Expected to be logged out of Social
5. Sign in to Social
> Expected to be able to log back in to Social
Is this correct?
Version: unspecified → Trunk
FYI, bug 774385 might make this invalid/wontfix.

1. Firefox normal browsing mode with Social logged in, sidebar showing
2. Enter private browsing mode
3. observe social laggily logging out
>expected immediate log out
4. Exit private browsing mode

Definitely seeing the slower than ideal log-out, though this is probably a moot point if bug 774385 is implemented.

I am logged back in once exiting private browsing.

hmm this could be the fact that I'm not whitelisted on facebook for testing this.. so being affected in a different way until they restore functionality for all of us later today.

The whitelist has now been dropped and I can't repro this (apart from the "laggily logged out" part - but that will be addressed via bug 788951 - currently providers need to "poll" for cookie changes, hence the lag).
Taras, can you confirm the login when existing private browsing now works for you?
