804810 - redirect old Visual ID Guidelines pages to Style Guide

Consider this a phase 2 to bug 792185...we need to redirect a few more old visual ID pages to the current ones on the style guide. Details below.

* http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/identity-guidelines/index.html should point to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/styleguide/
* http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/identity-guidelines/mozilla-foundation.html should point to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/styleguide/identity/mozilla/branding/
* http://www.mozilla.org/foundation/identity-guidelines/thunderbird.html should point to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/styleguide/identity/thunderbird/logo/
* http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/foundation/identity-guidelines/labs.html should be shut down without a redirect.

Removed the old pages from SVN in r110329.

The bedrock redirects have been pushed to production. Still needs the /b/ part of it in bug 807323.
