Panel doesn't match the post in the ticker

I tried to play a spotify song in a panel from the ticker but I don't have a spotify account. I got a "Try Spotify" message in the panel. Now all the posts that I mouse over in the ticker show the same Try Spotify message in the panel.

Severity: normal → blocker
Bug 811169 will disable the flyouts for the current time-being which lowers the severity of this bug.
Severity: blocker → critical
I fixed this for next week so we can just close 811169 and we can close this one next week.
Since the social API is no more, I think we can close this bug.
