Steps to reproduce:

Went to Preferences -> Sync -> Manage Account -> Deactivate This Device


Actual results:

Was presented with a dialog box with the title of "Do you want to stop using this account?", and main text of "This will reset all of your Sync account information and preferences."  The button options are "Reset all information" and "Cancel".


Expected results:

The dialog box should instead have a blurb about the device no longer being associated with the sync account.  In Firefox, the corresponding dialog box for unlinking a device reads as I would expect.  (Title: "Do you want to unlink your device?",Text: "This device will no longer be associated with your Sync account. All of your personal data, both on this device and in your Sync account, will remain intact.", Options: Unlink and Cancel)

> Eventually, we might want to actually do what the dialog box says (and wipe out all of
