Details
Today, https://developer.mozilla.org/ redirects me for https://developer.mozilla.org/ja/.
I am using Opera, from Paris, configured for en-US, and Google's DNS.

Content-Type text/html; charset=utf-8
Content-Encoding gzip
Date Tue, 30 Oct 2012 20:23:25 GMT
Keep-Alive timeout=5, max=999
Connection Keep-Alive
