I'm still unable to push to try. I get the following error:
remote: Your mercurial account has been disabled due to inactivity.
remote: Please file a bug at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org (or http://tinyurl.com/2aveg9k) to re-activate your account.
Is there any further action I need to take to re-activate my mercurial account?

Ah, I see you have two LDAP accounts, I re-enabled the @mozilla.com one yesterday, but I just did the same for the account matching your bugmail address.
