Currently Selenium Proxy has a few hard coded pieces for starting the browser. We should get this ready so that other language bindings for the Selenium project can use marionette.
We are also going to need this to run the conformance tests for http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webdriver-test
Are we still going to do this?

Yes but the push for it has dropped and should probably be part of our v1.0 plan
