From the spec:
> As a DEVELOPER I would like to set filters for my report
> where I can select 1 or more regions, 1 or more device
> types, and 1 or more categories. These parameters may
> be selected (as in a grouped checkbox) or set to ALL.
This is essentially a dupe of bug 807372 but for the developer tools instead of the admin tools. If we're using the same tools (I hope we are!) than this might solve itself.

This is more possible because this is ES based, but I'm loathe to add this in, when I don't think we've got the correct solution right now.
