Details

I'm using the ADB devicemanager because the SUT one is too slow (bug 790817).

I get this:

Android Debug Bridge version 1.0.29
unable to connect to 10.242.38.228:20701:20701

Yet the device is on the same network as my computer and its IP address is really 10.242.38.228.

:bjacob -- I haven't been able to reproduce this. Did you have the TEST_DEVICE environment variable set? You might have better results with TEST_DEVICE= (unset).
I did have TEST_DEVICE set. I will retry without, thanks!
