Undo the change from bug 807760 when OMTC actually works on Windows.
OS: Linux → Windows 7
Why is this filed in Boot2Gecko?
Because it is specifically about enabling OMTC for boot2gecko desktop builds on windows.
I see, it's in b2g.js for whatever reason -- I assumed this would be in all.js, platform-dependent and application-independent.
