Using VGA Adapter rather than NVIDIA card
This needs to be double checked, and s/b part of step 3 & 4 of the bringup.

Same problem as win7.
I wonder if test framework was not ready 3 months ago when we checked to see if we could pass the tests without hardware interference.

I've verified that we are not using the NVIDIA card.
I'm moving the work to fix and re-evaluate win8 64-bit to bug 808629.
