We'll want to roll out the Mn tests to mozilla-central too. There are still some random oranges. I think I may try disabling these or failing that only enabling a smaller subset like we did for mochitest and reftest.

Note: these aren't ready to go just yet, just filing to get the ball rolling

The Mn tests have been green on cedar for some time and the patch got checked in to m-i. So this should be good to turn on as soon as the next m-i -> m-c merge happens.
