80914 - IMAPS Unknown CA Dialog is faulty.

If the IMAP sevrer is changed to IMAPs (port 993), and the certificate on the
server is from an unknown CA, MailNews prompts the user with a dialog box asking
for confirmation. However, the "OK" and last few lines of the dialog are
obscured and cannot be selected. The dialog box is resizable, but the content
does not resize to the size of the new box. The user is unable to press enter to
select this box. Checked on 20010512 and 20010514 builds, plus a few from last
week. Perhaps this should scroll or resize properly?
