We need a UI flow for what happens when an FxAccount's password is changed out from under us.
Bulk resolving Firefox Accounts bugs, since that project is dead.  For those interested, similar ideas are being explored under the name PiCL (Profile-in-the-Cloud).

This bug tracks exposing UI (notification plus re-enter password screen?) to the user when a *remote initiated* password or key change has happened.

The scenario is that a background Sync hits a 401 that it can't re-authenticate it's way around, and we surmise the password has changed.
