This Firefox Account type will generalize and subsume the existing Firefox Sync types.
* still needs to be bucketed: {release, beta}, {aurora, nightly}, {dev}.
* needs to handle credential errors better than existing Sync account type.

Bulk resolving Firefox Accounts bugs, since that project is dead. For those interested, similar ideas are being explored under the name PiCL (Profile-in-the-Cloud).

Re-opening as part of the new Firefox Accounts work. There's a lot of Android boilerplate that needs to land to register a new account type -- AndroidManifest changes, descriptor xml files, etc. Blocking bug for branding to come.
