Pressing right arrow at the end of textarea field jumps to the first line

Strange, unexpected behaviour occurs on linux build 2001-05-15-08-trunk when you
are browsing a text area using arrow keys. If you press right arrow at the end
of the field, after the last character, the cursor will jump to the begginning
of text, before the first character. This is not what happens in Netscape 4 or
IE, and doesnt happen on windows 98 builds. It doesnt make sence to me to have
this feature, because holding down the right arrow to get to the end of the
document is a common practice.
