In Toronto, we discussed filtering the revision dashboard by topic and size of change. We were planning to implement these filters in the 2012-11-20 Sprint, but we realized that we were a little unclear on how they should work.

Janet, Sheppy: Can you say a little more about what these filters should do? If we get that sorted out, we can take the feature on before the next Sprint.
If I recall correctly, the topic filter would let you restrict changes to a certain sub-tree (such as "/HTML"). The size filter would let you set a top or bottom threshhold for number of "words" changed, so you could look at just "big" or "small" revisions.

Do we have a separate bug for filtering by language?
Thanks for the clarification.

Yes, bug 809940. We are working on it right now.

Superseded by two separate bugs, bug 814186 and bug 814187. We decided to break these down because the latter could be very difficult to implement and might deserve a different priority as a result.

Janet: How important would you say the "size of change" filter is? Is it something that you could live for a while without, or is it getting in the way of documentation work?

And to clarify, we are working on bug 814186 right now.
It's a nice-to-have.
