Details

We now fetch more and more (U)SIM records and some of them have mutual dependencies. Solving these dependency problems introduces complex logic, waiting, and temporary variables. 3GPP TS 31.102 section 5.1.1.2 clearly lists (U)SIM initialization sequence and that's the ultimate solution to these problems.
