After taking a closer look at some pictures I took of the wiring inside the new chassis, I'm concerned the power supplies not wired correctly. I looks like the ground is tried to the neutral input side of the PSU. Please turn off and unplug all the chassis in r201 ASAP until I can inspect this in person
All panda chassis have been powered down and unplugged til further notice.

Is this for the new chassis? rather than the first 6?
