* set plugins.click_to_play=true * navigate to page containing plugin * set plugins.click_to_play=false * reload the page containing the plugin Result: The c2p plugin icon in the location bar is still visible & usable. Expected: The c2p plugin icon in the location bar is gone after the page reload. This in itself is not really an issue, but we should check if this same behaviour occurs when block-list-changes or similar things happen.
The block-list behaviour would be easy to test after bug 811375 is fixed.
