STR:
1. Enable click to play
2. Open youtube.com
3. Open 3-4 videos in different tabs
4. In one tab, white/black list youtube.com from the CTP doorhanger
5. Reload other tabs

AR: In the other tabs, the CTP overlay is gone, but the doorhanger is still present.

Thanks, Paul - I'm almost certain this is the same as bug 812182 (and FWIW, I think it's a problem with popup notifications in general, not just CTP).
