Details

I enabled Facebook Messenger and the browser seems very less responsive.
Nigel: are you still seeing similar issues? We've made a bunch of changes since you've filed this (both on our end and Facebook's), so it would be great if you can try again.

If you are still seeing issues, there are a few things we could try to track them down.
I'll turn the messenger on again today and report back in a day or two.

Nigel, thanks for the update.  We use WORKSFORME when there is not a specific patch associated with or known to have fixed the problem
