User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.19 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/25.0.1323.1 Safari/537.19
Steps to reproduce:
When using Thunderbird's built-in IRC, sometimes it will refuse to let me scroll up to view previous messages, with it snapping to the bottom immediately when I try to drag it.
This may be related to having Thunderbird not be the active window, but I'm not sure.
If the conversation area is refreshed (eg, switching to a previous conversation then back again) the scrollbar behaves correctly again.
Actual results:
I could not scroll upwards to view previous chat messages.
Expected results:
I should have been able to scroll and view previous chat messages.

I have made many tests on this topic, but I can't reproduce it with actual prod, beta and earlybird 29a2...
can someone confirm and mark as WFM if there is no way to reproduce?

Since this can't be reproduced and doesn't have specific steps to reproduce I'm going to mark this as INCOMPLETE. Please refile (or reopen) this bug if it is still occurring.
