Steps to reproduce: 1. Load MP Homepage as an anonymous user https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/ 2. Click the Settings icon to load the Feedback page Expected results: Feedback text box is focused. Actual results: reCaptcha text box is focused and the page is scrolled down to that text box. Issue is also reproducing in the Report Abuse page. Notes/Issues: Verified on FF19 (Win 7).
