81406 - "OK" button in Help->About Mozilla behaves strangely for keyboard input

Select "About Mozilla" (with it set to use a modal dialog in the
preferences).  The OK button has a thick outline, so it should be
the "default" button and respond to pressing Enter, but it doesn't.

Even stranger, if you click on it and drag off (so it definitely
has focus), and then press the space bar, it looks like it's being
pressed, but nothing happens.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Preferences -> Debug, set "Show 'About' as modal dialog"
2. Select Help -> About Mozilla.
3. Press Enter.

Actual Results:  Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  The OK button should be "clicked", and the dialog should go away.

tested with the following:

mac - 2001.06.25.08-branch comm
winnt - 2001.06.25.11-branch comm
linux - 5/21 mozilla debug [trunk]

on winnt, hitting Enter [or Esc] will dismiss the dialog.

on linux and mac, i need to click within the content area of the About Mozilla
tab *first*, then Enter [or Esc] will dismiss the dialog.

is this expected behavior? or, am i running into a variation of bug 76814? if
the latter, i'll go ahead and vrfy this...
