Trusted UI is missing the progress indicator.

The fix is simple.

Failure to provide basic level of visual feedback to user while loading content over potentially slow target market connections will reduce user trust and undermine v1 objectives (popularity of acquiring content from Marketplace). Regardless of blocking status, this should get done for v1 so long as work required is within reason.

I smell a sense of disagreement on the blocking call from UX. And I tend to agree as well - we're loading lots of web content in this dialog, there's slow connections. A sense of progress (even if it's small) needs to be evident.
