From the investigation into a handful of broken mobile sites in bug 811421 directv.com is using multiple CSS transform features specific to webkit, including CSSMatrix, webkitPoint, and window.convertPointFromNodeToPage. Without these the page fails to finish executing its startup JS or render.
This seems to have improved somewhat (testing in Desktop with relevant UA spoofs) - mobile site now at least renders, but not always nicely..
* Server-side sniffing doesn't consider FxOS a mobile browser * Still lots of -webkit- prefixed CSS w/o equivalents

Reached out via website contact form under: Mobile Apps & Directv.com support. Email reference # is #140107-002256. I'm working at Mozilla to solve web compatibility issues. We have noticed an issue with directv.com not working properly for some Mozilla Firefox mobile browsers. Could you please put me in contact with the right person within your organization to discuss the issue? This will likely be someone in Communications, Marketing or on a Technical team. The details of the issue are documented on the Mozilla bug tracker: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=815374 Thank you for your time
